Terms & Conditions
Last updated: February 2026
These terms govern your use of the dream7ent.com website and any services provided by Dream 7 Enterprises.
Services and scope
All engagements are defined by a written scope, proposal, or invoice. Work outside that scope requires a new agreement or an approved change request and may affect pricing and timelines.
Payments and deposits
Projects begin after the deposit is received. Remaining balances are billed at agreed milestones. Invoices and payments are processed securely through Square. Late payments may pause work. Recurring monthly services bill automatically until cancelled in writing.
Client responsibilities
- Provide content, photos, credentials, and approvals in a timely manner
- Confirm accuracy of business, legal, and pricing information you supply
- Hold rights to any artwork, photography, or copy you provide to us
Project timelines assume timely responses. Extended delays may require rescheduling.
Deliverables and ownership
Upon full payment, you own the final deliverables created for you, including your logo files, brand assets, and website content. We retain rights to our underlying tools, templates, and processes, and may display non-confidential work in our portfolio unless you request otherwise in writing.
Outside costs
Certain deliverables involve costs we do not control, such as domain registration, government filing fees, ad spend, and print production. Those costs are separate from our fees.
Funding disclaimer
Dream 7 Enterprises is not a lender or financial advisor. We provide funding education, preparation support, and and lender-readiness support. We do not guarantee approval, amounts, rates, or terms. All credit decisions are made solely by the lender.
Government contracting disclaimer
We are not a government agency and are not affiliated with SAM.gov, the SBA, or any federal, state, or local agency. We provide registration assistance and consulting only, and do not guarantee contract awards, certifications, or eligibility determinations.
No legal, tax, or accounting advice
We are not a law firm or accounting firm. Business setup assistance is administrative and strategic in nature. Consult a licensed attorney or CPA for legal, tax, or accounting advice.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to our services is limited to the amount you paid for the service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
