Our approach
We aim to align with WCAG 2.1 Level AA guidance. In practice, that means:
- Semantic headings and landmarks so screen readers can navigate the page
- Descriptive alternative text on meaningful images
- Keyboard-accessible navigation, forms, and interactive controls
- Visible focus states and clear form error messaging
- Color contrast checked against our brand palette
- Reduced-motion support for visitors who prefer less animation
Ongoing work
Accessibility is not a one-time task. We review new pages and features as they ship and correct issues as we find them or as they are reported to us.
Embedded tools
Some features rely on embedded tools such as scheduling and payment forms. We choose options with accessibility support, but we do not control every interface.
